Waiver

Due to our use of hot glue guns and hot glue in our Tutti Frutti projects, we need to have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian for any party guests under 18 years old attending a party using that is using glue guns with their craft.
You can download the waiver by clicking here or by clicking the black button above. We have copies of the waiver in the store and they can also be signed when you drop off your child. We must have a signed waiver from each child prior to them starting the craft at the party. Thank you!!
